Kanye West arrested at the airport!

West and his security guard(Don Crowley) were at American Airlines terminal 4 at LAX when the incident went down. Kanye and his security man Don noticed some paparazzi shooting them, Kanye and his security grab a still photographers camera. Security/bodyguard Don slams the camera on the floor and Kanye smashes the lighting component.

Don the security/body guard noticed there was one more paparazzi shooting video, he wrestled the camera away eventually breaking it but not damaging the video that he managed to take.

Kanye and his security/body guard were arrested on vandalism charges and were being held on $20,000 bail.

No surprise West posted bail and was let go from LAPD’s Pacific Division not soon after.

Chris Brown is doing it with Rihanna and Britney Spears!

What is Chris Brown doing with Britney Spears and Rihanna? He is writing songs for the both of them.

Last Night at MTV VMA’s (video music awards) Rihanna opened with “Disturbia” a song written by Brown. Spears has not yet recorded any songs written by Chris but he says that they are coming. With them being on the same label execs are interested to see the two collaborate.

Chris Brown did good Last Night at the MTV VMA’s shockingly enough to himself taking away the “Best Male Video” for “With You”.

Lindsay Lohan caught kissing Samantha Ronson!

There’s no hiding the relationship that Lindsay Lohan shares with Samantha Ronson (british female Dj) and on August 31st they couldn’t either. The pair were caught outside of their hotel (Mercer Hotel in New York) locking lips before leaving in an SUV to go shopping.

In other news Lindsay Lohan was recently offered $700,000 from Playboy to pose nude for thier 55th aniversary edition. However surprisingly Lohan rejected the offer, saying she already posed topless for New York Magazine and that was not the aura she wants to have anymore.

Lil Wayne is hoping to go global by performing on MTV’s VMA’s

Lil Weezy was asked by MTV to perform on stage at the VMA this year. He will be pairing with Kid Rock on stage for his performance this year. His energy should be different this year around due to his high success in 2008 and with the release of his Carter III.

Last Year in 2007 Lil Wayne had just a couple of days to write a verse for his performance withe the Nicole Scherzinger.

The big spotlight is on Wayne this year to see if his success in the U.S. is enough to captivate a world audience. He has been around for a while there is no doubt about that being part of the Cash Money Hot Boys. This years appearance will probably be enough to launch his fan base even higher or turn ears that haven’t listened to his music before.

Taylor Swift is getting Lunar!

Taylor Swift the country singer has be nominated for a MTV best new artist video award. This is all owed to the fact that she remixed her “Teardrops on My Guitar” with a pop beat and sound. She says it was a no-brainer that she put a beat behind it and wanted something they would play on pop radio.

Do you think she will win?

Also Taylor just performed on her overseas tour in Europe at London King’s College on Wednesday which sold out. The show was 75 minutes long to promote her soon to come album “Fearless” which is to be released in 2009 overseas.

After some shows and some sight seeing Taylor will leave the U.K. and fly straight to Los Angeles for MTV’s Video Music Awards.

Taylor also has plans after the VMA’s she is going to fly from L.A. to New York jet setting once again to attend the Good Morning America show. She will appear with the Rascal Flatts to announce the nominees for the Country Music Awards 2008.

Taylor will also co-host the ABC special CMA Musical Festival which will be on Sept. 8th at 9pm Eastern Time.

Miley Cyrus hates 7 things about a certain someone

So Disney’s Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus revealed that her smash single “7 Things” is about Nick Jonas her ex-boyfriend.

Brett Ratner her music video director let out that Miley had discussed the idea and feelings behind the song that she co-wrote. She told him how much the song means to her and that it is definitely directed at an ex-boyfriend. Although Ratner the director refused to mention who the ex-lover was we can put a few pieces together for you:

1. Miley Cyrus recently admitted to mass speculation that she did indeed previously date Nick Jonas

2. In the video she told the director she is wearing a necklace that the Ex gave her. The necklace that she is wearing in the video is a medical diabetes necklace.

3. Nick Jonas has diabetes

4. You decide

Last the director also stated that Miley had him come out to her house and that she pulled out a box from under her bed of personal items from her ex-boyfriend. In the box there were a lot of pictures and some dirty socks.

Jay-Z tells his side of the story

Jay-Z (Shwan Carter) is a hip-hop superstar, business mogul, and he is also now married to R&B/Pop Mega Star Beyonce Knowles.

Recently Foxy Brown went on a rant about Jay-Z not supporting her during her time in prison. Teairra Mari also claims that Jay did not help her with her career. Unhappy with these alligations Jay-Z defends himself and tells his side of the story.

In an interview Jay-Z said “As far as Foxy or Teairra Marie are concerned, these are people that I have given chances to. It’s understandable that they would be upset, but you have got to look at it in my point of view as well…” he also stated that he gave Teairra Marie the same shot he gave Rihanna. “Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t” simply put by Jova. He says he wishes he could make everyone successful, but he can’t that is the reality.

Jay-Z is also coming out of retirement and will be releasing a new album titled BluePrint 3.

Does Solange need help?

OK, so Beyonce is very cleverly getting her listeners to listen to her sister Solange’s music. On her myspace page she has music listed as Beyonce but in reality it’s Solange’s music. Yes of course this could be a slip up by Beyonce’s camp but is it? or does Solange need help so bad, Beyonce needs to pass her music off as hers to induce new listeners.

This wouldn’t even be worth mentioning if it weren’t for the fact that today’s music artist usually use their myspace music players to show the labels that there songs are popular. So once again the question is does Solange need a sisterly boost? Will it help?

How much do you love Rihanna, enough to buy her a Ferrari F430 Spider

There’s is no hiding Chris Brown and Rhianna’s relationship. Apparently Chris Brown’s love this songstress so much that he took her to a Los Angeles Ferrari dealer. He asked here what car she liked most, when he found out which car it was he bought it for her. A brand new sparkling Ferrari F430 Spider with a $250,000 price tag. The two try to keep their romance as silent as possible but when you drive a red Ferrari down their street it’s not so low-key.

It is also heavily rumored that the two are about to move in together. They have been spotted house searching for a new LA Condo and also in Beverly Hills at the luxury Sierra Tower on multiple occasions.

Someone get Demi Lovato a band-aid

On August 24th during Demi Lovato’s set she was running to the end of the stage when she totally ate it.  The Concert was in Chicago the other acts included the Jonas Brothers and the Veronicas.  She ended up falling up once more that night as well as Nick from the Jonas Brothers.

Also Demi’s album countdown has begun, the new album will drop in 4 weeks.  She is very excited and the album just started preselling so don’t forget to get yours.
